Task force will study state tax court operations

INDIANAPOLIS – State judicial officials are creating a new task force to examine the overall operations of the Indiana Tax Court.
The task force will be made up of seven members and will be chaired by Indiana Court of Appeals Judge James S. Kirsch.
State Court Administration and the Indiana Judicial Center will provide staff support.
The task force will be required to provide a written report with its findings and recommendations to the Indiana Supreme Court by March 2016.
